You can make payments on Shikshan Sutras using:

  • 2. Net Banking: Available with most Indian banks.
  • 3. Digital Wallets/UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.
  • 4. Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Secure and trusted gateway.
  • 5. Shikshan Sutras Credits & Discount Coupons: Redeemable during checkout for future services.

Payment Security
  • We do not store your payment details. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay’s encrypted gateway.
  • Card payments are protected by industry-standard encryption and secure verification methods (e.g., ‘Verified by VISA’).
  • International users may need to provide additional verification for non-verified cards. In case of server downtime or technical issues during payment, you can save your cart and retry within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
As Shikshan Sutras provides tailored, pre-planned services:
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for services are non-refundable due to investments in preparation, including training materials, session resources, venue setup, and more.
  • Overpayments or duplicate payments caused by technical errors will be refunded within 7-15 working days.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to join a future session. This is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Shikshan Sutras.
Cancellation Policy
  • Once a payment is made, cancellations are not permitted as service resources are pre- allocated.
  • Rescheduling for missed sessions may be granted in exceptional cases and solely at Shikshan Sutras’ discretion.
